Our starting point is usually to take a viable sample of your customer data providing an approximate view of how customers are performing and being communicated with. Combining data analytics with the information gleaned from our previous gathering exercise means we are able to give you meaningful strategic and tactical marketing advice that in most cases can be implemented immediately.

Our marketing team will develop a complete customer view detailing who your customers are, when they buy, the channel used and how much they spend. Mapped onto this is all communications sent to each individual customer with their response to it.

Intelligence from the complete customer view is used to drive and inform all online and offline direct and digital marketing activity using our Intelligent Marketing Hub - a range of integrated marketing services.
